"Some of the friendliest and nicest customer service reps I’ve ever spoke to. The issue is that even though they have some sympathetic employees, there are several mistakes that were made on my account due to the lack of understanding by the reps. There were changes made to my account that were not updated correctly. I have multiple cars associated with my account which one was removed when that was never supposed to occur. Billing information changed to another person which also was not supposed to occur. Now I am stuck paying additional fees due to the reps wrongfully updating accounts. Terrible service, great customer service voices."

"Had a tree company drop a tree on my house and then take off without covering damage. Went to my insurance and they got it going and taken care of. The claims department I was having some issues with but Linda helped keep on top of them to get it finished."

"They have always been very helpful to me and can deal with most things over the phone. I've always got a pretty fair rate with them on my car insurance also. I have found cheaper rates other places though but when you have to file a claim State farm usually makes the process really easy and it's worth the little bit extra cost on the premium."
